Personal Training

If you are unable to attend our scheduled classes or if you prefer private and personalized instruction, we offer Personal Training for individuals and groups. Sessions must be scheduled at least one week in advance. You can request a specific trainer or we can suggest one that will best understand your needs and bring you to your peak performance.

The topics covered in Personal Training are based on your specific needs or requests. After determining your overall goal, we can design a program that will best suit you!

  • Rates are per person per hour
  • Billed in half hour increments after 1st hour
