ATTENTION:
IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN SIGNING A WAIVER FOR A MINOR
YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR INFORMATION FIRST.
THIS WILL BE THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT FOR THE HOUSEHOLD.
Once the primary account has been created, youth (minor) accounts can then easily be added
and waivers signed for each youth (minor) household member.
