The information below should answer most of your questions pertaining to our group programs and parties. After reviewing the information, if you have any questions please e-mail or call us. Group Rates
We offer group rates for groups as small as 10 and as large as 80. Our group packages are excellent for school, business, church, scouting, Greek, social, sports teams and family outings. Participants 12 years of age and older can receive belay training (the belayer is the person on the ground controlling the rope). For participants 11 years of age and younger, we will train one adult belayer for every three climbers free of charge. Additional belayers above the 1:3 ratio can be trained for a nominal fee. Group packages are offered seven days a week during normal business hours. If you need to bring in your group during non-business hours, we can usually accommodate your needs; however, additional fees may apply depending on the size of your group and time desired.

To qualify for group rates, groups must meet the following requirements:- Registration, deposit and approval must be completed a minimum of one week prior to the group's scheduled date
- Group Registration Form must be completed and returned with a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $5 per participant.
- All participants must have a Vertical eXcape waiver signed before participating. Participants under 18 years of age must have a Vertical eXcape waiver signed by his/her own parent or LEGAL guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All group participants must arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for group rates.
- Group leader must pay for the entire party on one ticket at the beginning of the program.
Lock-Ins
Wanting to plan an overnight outing for your group, but not sure where to go? Vertical eXcape Lock-Ins are the perfect solution. Our Lock-Ins have been a huge success for school, church and scouting functions. Lock-Ins are offered on Fridays and Saturdays. Lock-Ins begin at 9:00pm and last until 7:00am the following morning.
Our Lock-Ins include: - 10 Hour Private Party Climbing Pass
- Harness & Carabiner Rental
- Chalk Bag Rental
- Safety/Belay Course
- VX Staff Supervision
- Use of the Party Area
- Facilitated Games
- Door Prizes
To qualify for a Lock-In, groups must meet the following requirements:- Registration, deposit and approval must be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to the group's scheduled date
- Group Registration Form must be completed and returned with a non-refundable Facility Rental Fee in the amount of $250.
- All participants must have a Vertical eXcape waiver signed before participating. Participants under 18 years of age must have a Vertical eXcape waiver signed by his/her own parent or LEGAL guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All Lock-In participants must arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be eligible to participate in all Lock-In activities.
- Lock-In leader must pay for the entire party on one ticket at the beginning of the program.
Birthday Parties
Birthday Parties should be something you remember. So why not schedule your party at Vertical eXcape for a birthday that will be unforgettable! Our Birthday Parties are an excellent choice whether you're turning 6 or 16 years old. You're sure to have a ROC'N GOOD TIME at Vertical eXcape. We host Birthday Parties seven days a week during normal business hours. Our weekend parties fill up fast, so schedule your party soon!

To qualify for a Birthday Party, you must meet the following requirements:- Registration, deposit and approval must be completed a minimum of one week prior to the group's scheduled date
- Birthday Registration Form must be completed and returned with a $40 non-refundable deposit.
- All participants must have a Vertical eXcape waiver signed before participating. Participants under 18 years of age must have a Vertical eXcape waiver signed by his/her own parent or LEGAL guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All group participants must arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be eligible for group rates.
- Group leader must pay for the entire party on one ticket at the beginning of the program.
